زنان سخت كوش و پرتلاش پس از طلوع آفتاب به سراغ شیرهای كه تبدیل به ماست شده اند می روند تا آنها را در درون مشك ریخته و با افزودن مقداری آب و نمك به دوغ و كره تبدیل كنند.

پس از زدن مشك، كره بصورت گلوله هایی در درون مشك تشكیل می شود كه جمع آوری می شود.

این كار را تا چند روز ادامه می دهند تا كره به اندازه كافی جمع آوری شود و كره ها را داخل دیگ بزرگی روی آتش می گذارند تا به اندازه كافی بجوشد و پس از تصفیه كردن، روغن سفید و خالصی را با عطر خاص بنام روغن حیوانی تولید می شود.

روغن حیوانی از لحاظ نوع روغن ویژگی آن انواع مختلفی دارد به گونه ای كه روغن بر گرفته از شیر گاو زرد رنگ و روغن برگرفته از شیر گوسفندان سفید رنگ است.

این روغن را در دیار لكستان با عنوان « روغن دان» می شناسند و این واژه بر گرفته از كلمه عربی « دَهُن» به معنی روغن خالص است كه با تغییر واژگانی به « دان» مبدل شده است.

طعم این روغن بستگی زیادی به نحوه خوراك و چرای دام دارد، و به‌ دلیل چرای گله‌های گوسفند در منطقه سركشتی دلفان كه دارای مراتع غنی است ، این روغن از طعم و مزهٔ خاصی كه حاصل گیاهان معطر كوهی می‌باشد برخوردار است.

زنان عشایر با پختن نان محلی بنام كُلیره (kolerah )كه در واقع همان نان مقدس در ایران باستان بوده ، آن نان داغ را با روغن حیوانی آمیخته می سازند و از آن خوراكی بنام چنگال بدست می آید كه به عنوان میان وعده غذایی استفاده می شود

یك كارشناس می گوید:تحقیقات نشان می دهد كه اسید آراشیدونیك روغن های حیوانی به سبب افزایش(hdl) لیپوپروتیین ها با وزن بالا و كاهش (ldl) لیپوپروتیین های با وزن سبك می شوند.

دكتر 'محمد سیف' افزود: از نظر طب سنتی روغن حیوانی دارای خواص فراوانی ازجمله در زمینه‌های استخوان‌سازی، كاهش غلظت خون، چربی‌های زاید شكم، شادابی و سفیدی پوست و سم زدایی از بدن است.

وی گفت: تغذیه سلول های عضله قلب از اسیدهای چربی است كه در روغن حیوانی به وفور یافت می شود.

وی با اشاره به اینكه روغن حیوانی بطور كامل طبیعی است، اظهار داشت: هیچ افزودنی و آسانسی در روغن حیوانی وجود ندارد.

در شهرستان دلفان بیش از دو هزار خانوار عشایری وجود دارد كه نقش مهمی در تولید گوشت قرمز و فرآورده های دامی دارند.

سالانه حدود چهار تن روغن حیوانی در این شهرستان تولید می شود.

هم اكنون ،قیمت یك كیلوگرم روغن حیوانی خالص در شهر نورآباد 200 هزار ریال به فروش می رسد.

روغن حیوانی تولید دام‌های عشایر دلفان به دلیل تعلیف گوسفندان از گیاهان متنوع مرتعی، سرشار از اسیدهای چرب خوش بو و خوش طعم با انرژی بسیار بالاست.

عشایر دلفان هیچ مواد ناخالصی به روغن‌حیوانی نمی‌افزایند و همین دلیل اصلی مرغوبیت و خوش بویی آن است و بسیاری افراد غیر بومی پیش از زمان تولید آن را ازعشایر پیش خرید می كنند.

نبود صنایع تبدیلی و نبود كارگاه های بسته‌بندی در منطقه موجب شده كه عشایر محصول تولیدی را به دیگر شهرها بفروشند.

راه اندازی صنایع تبدیلی موجب می شود علاوه بر ایجاد شغل های جدید عشایر بتوانند محصول خود را به دلخواه عرضه كنند.

در حال حاضر واحد رسمی پول ایران ریال است اما شهروندان ایرانی از عنوان تومان استفاده می کنند

بانک مرکزی ایران که متولی مسائل پولی و مالی در ایران است، اعلام کرده که لایحه دولت این کشور برای حذف چهار صفر از پول ملی ایران آماده شده است.

تاریخ پیشنهادی دولت ایران برای حذف چهار صفر از ریال بر اساس این لایحه، ابتدای سال ۱۳۹۳ است. این زمان هفت ما پس از پایان ریاست جمهوری محمود احمدی نژاد و در دوره دولت بعدی ایران است.

بر اساس اطلاعیه بانک مرکزی ایران، آخرین اصلاحیه ها بر این لایحه در جلسه ۱۵ بهمن امسال کمیسیون اقتصادی دولت به ریاست وزیر اقتصاد ایران صورت گرفته و آماده ارسال برای رئیس جمهور است.

ارجاع لایحه به مجلس پس از امضای احمدی نژاد

این لایحه به زودی در اختیار محمود احمدی نژاد، رئیس جمهور ایران قرار خواهد گرفت و با امضای او برای بررسی و تبدیل به قانون، به مجلس شورای اسلامی ارجاع می شود.

حذف صفر از پول ملی ایران که از مدت ها پیش در سخنرانی های آقای احمدی نژاد مطرح می شد، تابستان امسال در هیات دولت ایران به تصویب رسید.

مقام های ایرانی ابتدا مایل به حذف سه صفر از ریال بودند اما هیات دولت ایران حذف چهار صفر را تصویب کرد.

بر اساس این لایحه، پس از تصویب و اجرای حذف چهار صفر از پول ملی، به طول مثال ۱۰ هزار ریال ایران با حفط ارزش قبلی، یک ریال نامیده خواهد شد.

محمود بهمنی رئیس کل بانک مرکزی اوایل سال جاری خورشیدی گفته بود که با حذف چهار صفر از پول ملی ایران "یک ریال جدید، که معادل ۱۰ هزار ریال کنونی است، از نظر ارزشی با یک دلار برابر می‌شود."

نام آینده واحد پولی ایران، پارسی به جاری ریال؟

طی ۱۰ ماهی که از وعده رئیس کل بانک مرکزی ایران می گذرد، با بالاگرفتن تحریم ها علیه ایران و افرایش فشارهای بین المللی به این کشور، قیمت دلار در حال حاضر (بهمن ۱۳۹۰) نسبت به فرودین همین سال نزدیک به دو برابر شده است.

نام رسمی واحد پول ملی ایران از سال ۱۳۰۸ یعنی در اواسط دوره رضا شاه پهلوی تاکنون ریال است اما شهروندان ایرانی به طور معمول از واحد تومان استفاده می کنند که از دوره قاجار مرسوم بوده است

معاون بانک مرکزی ایران پیش از این درباره طولانی بودن صفرها و تاثیر آن در اعداد و ارقام محاسبات اقتصادی ایران، گفته بود که "به طور مثال بودجه کل کشورش در سال ۱۳۹۰ معادل ۵ هزار تریلیون یعنی عدد ۵ همراه با ۱۵ صفر در جلوی آن است که اگر بخواهیم این عدد را به صورت مشخص بخوانیم باید متخصص فیزیک نجومی برای درک آن باشیم."

در صورتی که لایحه دولت ایران با همین جزئیات به تصویب مجلس برسد، سکه و اسکناس های فعلی در ایران باید تغییر کند.

بانک مرکزی ایران از تابستان سال جاری با راه اندازی یک سایت اینترنتی اقدام به نظر سنجی درباره نام واحد پولی ملی ایران هم کرده است.

از جمله نام های پیشنهادی که در این وب سایت از سوی بانک مرکزی پیشنهاد شده، نور، دریک و تومان است. دریک واحد پولی امپراتوری هخامنشی بوده است.

بانک مرکزی ایران اواسط تابستان سال جاری اعلام کرده بود که نام "پارسی" به جای ریال، انتخاب اول ایرانی ها برای پول ملی بوده است.

تصاویر اسکانس های آینده چه خواهد بود؟

بر اساس آخرین آمار منتشر شده از نتایج این نظر سنجی، استفاده از تصاویر شخصیت های ملی و اماکن تاریخی، انتخاب اول شهروندان ایرانی برای طرح اسکانس های آینده این کشور بوده است.

در حال حاضر تصویر آیت الله روح الله خمینی، بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی روی اسکناس های ایرانی درج شده است.

تصاویری از اماکن مذهبی و گردشگری ایران از جمله مقبره سعدی و نقشه ایران همراه با نشانه های اتمی هم بر پشت اسکناس های ایران چاپ شده است.

دولت محمود احمدی نژاد که در صدد حذف چهار صفر از پول ملی ایران است، در ابتدا درصدد عملی کردن تصمیم خود بدون تصویب مجلس بود اما از آنجا که حذف صفر از ریال از موضوعات کلان ملی است، نیاز به مصوبه مجلس دارد.

مقامات ایران به شهروندان این کشور توصیه کرده‌اند که از طریق زمینی به سوریه سفر نکنند

تلویزیون ایران از ربوده شدن گروه ۱۱ نفره دیگری از زائران ایرانی توسط یک گروه ناشناس مسلح خبر داد. این زائران با اتوبوس به سوریه سفر کرده بودند.

مسعود اخوان، نماینده سازمان حج و زیارت ایران در سوریه به تلویزیون ایران گفته است که این زائران امروز چهارشنبه ۱۲ بهمن (اول فوریه) در حالی که با اتوبوس به سوی دمشق می رفتند، توسط یک گروه مسلح متوقف شدند.

به گفته او، اعضای این گروه مسلح، ۱۱ مرد از میان ۳۵ مسافر اتوبوس را که از حلب به سمت حماة در حرکت بود با خود به مکانی نامعلوم بردند.

روز پنجشنبه گذشته هم مقامات ایران از ربوده شدن گروهی از زائران ایرانی در سوریه خبر داده بودند.

آنها از دولت سوریه خواسته بودند که همه امکانات خود را برای تأمین سلامت ربوده شدگان و آزادی آنها به کار گیرد.

انتشار گزارش های مربوط به ربوده شدن شهروندان ایرانی در سوریه از ۳۰ آذرماه و در پی ربوده شدن ۵ ایرانی در شهر حمص آغاز شد.

ایران این ۵ نفر را مهندسان و کارمندان فنی شاغل در پروژه نیروگاه برق این شهر معرفی کرد.

بعدا دو ایرانی دیگر هم که برای کسب خبر در مورد این گروه به حمص رفته بودند، ربوده شدند.

مخالفان دولت سوریه از حکومت ایران به دلیل حمایتی که از بشار اسد می کند انتقاد می کنند و سپاه پاسداران ایران را متهم کرده اند که در سرکوب مخالفان حکومت سوریه به ارتش این کشور کمک می کند.

مقامات رسمی دو کشور این اتهامات را رد کرده اند.

اخیرا ویدیویی از سخنان منسوب به ۵ ایرانی ربوده شده در حمص توسط یک گروه از نظامیان شورشی در سوریه منتشر شده است.

مقامات ایران به شهروندان این کشور توصیه کرده‌اند که از طریق زمینی به سوریه سفر نکنند.
